The city of Búzios in Brazil is one of the most popular beach resorts on the South American continent. Many international tourists come to this place and call it a paradise on earth.

This Pousada, what stands for small hotel, is situated in the northern of Búzios, 170 km from Rio de Janeiro. Close to the beach and situated in a nature reserve this guesthouse could be your paradise.

The Pousada is built in 2004, consists of 4 buildings, in buzian-colonial style, surrounded by a very big garden with an arabic pool. The total constructed surface is 480 square meters on a parcel of 2100 square meters.

The first building is a reception, breakfast-room and kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find an apartment. The second building is a laundry room and toilet for the staff.
The mainhouses, third building, has 8 rooms on the ground floor. All with beautiful view to the garden, pool and nature. On the second floor there are 4 lounges. These luxury lounges all have a balcony with stunning views at the garden, pool, nature and the best part: The Sea.
The last building is a little house with living and bed room, a kitchen and bathroom.

There is a big car park inside the guesthouse-property, warm water by solar energy and an own electricity transformer.
