 We try as best we can build our establishment self-sustaining including actions to protect the environment during construction and also in our day to day, with simple but smart measures that bring benefits not only for the venture - which reduces spending on water, electricity and others at the end of the month and win points with customers concerned about the future of the planet - but also contributes to the development of tourism and change the mindset of visitors, employees and the community where it is located .


To build a green business "socially just, economically viable and ecologically correct," we have take the following measures:

1 Construction of most structures with plantation wood;
 
2.Use bricks for the walls and clay tiles of our region;
 
3.All the  paths, walls and floor of the parking lot were made with stones found while digging the ground to prepare the foundation of the buildings, everything has been preserved in natura and reused.
 
4. We have preserved  all rocks, flowers and native trees found on our land.
 
5.The architectural design takes advantage of natural light with many doors and glass windows, large spaces ventilated with the use of wooden shutters, saving use of artificial light and sometimes air conditioning;
 
6.We use fluorescent lamps instead of incandescent lamps to save energy;


7. All walls and floors of the chalets are in natural wood with no paint or other materials toxic to humans; The external  walls and other walls building of masonry , are painted with paint or other materials diluted in;


8.We prefer use objects an decoration made with recycled material  such as lamps, rugs, stationery, kiosks with thatched roof, utilitarian and decorative pottery handmade  in our region, etc..


9.Reuse of organic waste for fertilizer, we have a deposit processing and composting in our land;


10. We have made  a reforestation project to our land : we have planted over a thousand trees between native of our region, fruit, exotic and ornamental;

11. Our employees are trained to implement sustainable measures: they explain to guests the sustainable measures used by the hotel.

12. The guest can choose, through passwords used for this, if he wants to towels and sheets changed daily or not, helping to save water and energy to the world.

13. For to  complete our project of self-sustaining enterprise, need to finish two items that in part has already been made :

Use of solar energy for water heating (almost everything is installed, all the hot water pipe is installed) only need to install the solar receiver

Reuse of the  rainwater to water sources in the garden, laundry, water plants, wash porches, sidewalks etc..;
