The annual generated from actual bookings forms a rental income pool. The developer/manager retains 35% and the owners of the 12 villas retain 65%. The remaining 65% is divided among the 12 villas owners according to the number of villas owned; i.e. A two-villa owner will receive 2/12 of the 65%.

Catalysts for Growth:

35% of all tourists that visit Costa Rica, journey to the town of Quepos to experience Manuel Antonio National Forrest, which is 30 minutes north of Oxygen Jungle Villas in Uvita. The road from Quepos to Uvita is currently being paved and will be completed by January 2010. Airport location and Getting there

You can get a local flight from San Jose International Airport (capital of Costa Rica) to Palmar Sur via either Sansa (from San Jose International airport) or via Nature Air (from San Jose municipal airport). These flights arrive at Palmar Sur in the morning and from Palmar Sur airport you can have a rental car ready for your arrival (always get a 4X4 vehicle in Costa Rica). A thirty-minute scenic road along the coastal paved road will take you to Uvita. From there, it's an easy 5 minutes ride on our well-maintained gravel road that will take you to our mountain estate.
