The Villa's square footage is approx. 4000 and that is comprised of 11 rooms which includes:  3 Bdrs, 2 Full Baths, 1 1/2 Bath, Liv Rm, Den, Dining, Kitchen, Staff Quarters which has another Bath.  A veranda brackets two sides of the villa.

The Villa is two floors.  The entire second floor is a suite with Bedroom, Bath, linen closet, etc.

Blue Heaven has a well known reputation that has hosted travelers from all corners of the world.  While its main purpose was as a second home to a family over the years, much of the operating expense has been offset by its duel function as a full service villa available for leasing. 

The day to day operations are supervised by the Head of Staff of eleven years.  All of the bills, inventory and repairs are handled through a Management Company for the past eleven years as well.  The leasing accommodations are booked and arranged by a leasing company that plans the villa visit from arrival to departure. 

Blue Heaven enjoys a membership with the world renowned Round Hill Beach Club and Resort.  The membership affords Blue Heaven family certain discounts and its guests full use of its exclusive beaches and facilities.  Recently, we have joined the family of villas at Tryall Golf and Beach Club giving our guest’s access to Golf and many other amenities.

All of the pieces are in place so that the home runs smoothly and conveniently for a homeowner living abroad.

On the main floor wide glass doors and cedar louvers open to the wrap-around verandah. The perspective is mesmerizing day and night… sunrises and sunsets, cruise ships, tropical lightning shows on the distant horizon, and the twinkling night lights of the town across Montego Bay.

The Living room is decorated with overstuffed sofas and chairs and a hand painted amoire which houses a satellite television, VCR and DVD. Adjoining the living room is the colorful den, also with television, VCR, PlaystationII and games cupboard… an ideal play room for children. A day bed is in the den and can accommodate an extra child. Twin size air mattresses are available as well. Just outside the den is a removable gate should parents wish to control access of children to the pool area.

Also on the main level are the two downstairs bedrooms… with walls washed in pastel yellow and blue and connecting through a shared bathroom. The downstairs connecting bedrooms are another good feature for parents and small children. While both bedrooms open to the pool, these doors can be locked to prevent youngsters from wandering into the pool area without supervision

Upstairs is the bright master bedroom suite, commanding a stunning view of the tranquil harbor of Montego Bay and the lush mountains beyond.
