This saltbox is located on a cul-de-sac on a private road in a very quiet and secluded area, but close to Noyac Road, providing easy access from the city. Long Beach is a little over a mile away and the ocean beaches are very accessible from the back roads.The house itself, with CAC, features a great room, eat-in-kitchen and dining area plus bedroom/office and bath on the first floor. The master bedroom, guest bedroom and bath are on the second level that overlooks the great room. A stone patio is adjacent to the house and a second stone area surrounds the pool. The pool and surrounding yard is beautifully landscaped. There is handicapped access to house and the pool.
