Philip Larrier is a New Development Specialist with Nest Seekers International Downtown Gallery office. A lifelong New Yorker, Philip picked up a passion for Real Estate after seeing the transformation of the Upper West Side's Columbus Avenue in the early 1990s. The more recent revitalization of Soho/Tribeca inspired him to enter the field.
