"Having owned my own limousine business in New York City for ten years, there is one thing I know: For busy professionals it's all about location," Renee reflects. Real Estate has been a natural progression for Renee. Many of her clients come to New York City looking for Pied-a-Terre's, short term furnished rentals, and oversized specialty homes. Much of her business comes from referrals. As she puts it, "I go out of my way to find the right tenant for the right landlord, buyer for seller, and visa versa. It is not just about apartments, it's about the right space at the right time. My clients usually have a portfolio of properties, often selling one to purchase another, or are renting here with thoughts of purchasing. I give every client comprehensive attention, which they deserve."

Renee has been drawn to the Upper West Side because she wants to be a part of the vital changes that are occurring to the housing market there. "New Developments are about to dramatically change the Upper West Side, offering new luxury rentals and high end condominiums to residents on a wide scale," she says, adding, "I want my clients to benefit from my expertise and excitement."
