Jahan Yaz is a real estate sales broker with Nest Seekers International who has shown passion for the Real Estate industry from a very young age. At the age of 19, Jahan started his own home based business – called JY Note Buyers – where he brokered Real Estate notes and was very successful. To heighten this experience, Jahan left his home town in upstate New York and moved into the Big Apple to tackle the boundless real estate opportunities the city presents. He loves Manhattan, its skyscrapers and residents - who continually sharpen their skills and build their dreams in the city.

Jahan works very diligently with clients and thoroughly researches the market to find homes that match their needs. His natural enthusiasm and personality have made it easy for him to achieve trust and confidence from his clients. His youth, market-savvy and energy have further broken down barriers in the buyer/seller relationship.

Many years experience with investors has helped hone his skills at closing deals and master tough negotiations. His passion to become one of the top brokers in Manhattan fuels his drive to provide the superior, unsurpassed service on a daily basis.
