David Roger Grossmann heads the Long Island City office of Nest Seekers International. Being a local in Long Island City for quite sometime, he is aware of the area's nuances, as well of all of the existing and planned developments. Having sold over 18 units in 2007 in LIC alone, he can be seen giving walking tours of the area most every weekend.

David along with Maggie Kent, form the Kent Group of Nest Seekers. They specialize in new development sales and straight resales in LIC, Brooklyn Waterfront, Downtown Manhattan, as well as the Upper West Side. Their rental and sales experience spans every aspect of commercial and residential real estate. He has worked with sellers, buyers, and landlords. Be it a new development purchase or a commercial sublease, David will get the job done expeditiously.

Aside from his experience as an agent, David holds a Masters Degree in Art History from Virginia Commonwealth University. Working for museums and art galleries, his experience in curating honed his skills for demonstrating and conveying the subtle beauty of homes. His experience in organizing art openings has given him a keen sense of time management.

In addition to his diverse background, David is also bilingual in both Spanish and English. He studied abroad in Paraguay for two years in high school as well as receiving an undergraduate degree in Spanish during College. He also took the opportunity studying Art History for a year at the Universidad de Valencia, Spain.
