Kristina Lanuza is a sales agent & publicist with Nest Seekers International. Previous to Nest Seekers International, Kristina publicized real estate tycoon Minoru Mori's developments: including his multi-billion dollar "city-within-a-city" - Roppongi Hills in Tokyo, Japan and the Shanghai World Financial Center - slated to open in 2007. Kristina's range of experience in communications & marketing include work with a diverse array of hi-tech, arts, cultural, corporate and non-profit organizations.

Kristina has a passion for connecting people to the right spaces and living situations that support them. Real estate and its implications for urban living is a special passion - she firmly supports organic and sustainable development of the world's urban centers and the natural resources surrounding each major city.

Real-life living experience in New York City include downtown Manhattan - Gramercy, Alphabet City, East Village, - Brooklyn: Williamsburg, Park Slope and Clinton Hill - Queens: Astoria and Woodside.

Kristina's past experience includes serving as one of four founders of New York City Web and print design company, Communication Design Ink – cdINK.com. She graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
