Sabina Singh's passion, knowlege and experience for the real estate industry has a long and rich history. Having worked with her husband on multiple real estate investments, Sabina's approach to facilitating the sale or purchase of a home comes from a grounded home base. Through first-hand experience, she realizes the intricacies of closings and knows how to make the transaction process a positive one for all parties.

An intimate knowledge of the Upper West Side comes from many years of residing in the area and being a part of its growth and improvement. Clients have commented on Sabina's sense of focus, dedication and organization in helping them realize their real estate goals.

Born and raised in Kathmandu, Nepal, Sabina moved to New York to pursue her studies. She has a Masters Degree in operations and managment and is fluent in English, Nepali and Hindi and is an active member of her South Asain Community. She volunteeers for South Asain Domestic Violence and women's organizations here in New York and Nepal.

Her love for art includes a broad collection of South Asian paintings. Sabina's sensitivity to international and Asian clientele's specific needs has been remarked upon by many. Extremely accessible and responsible, Sabina is continully motivated to help her national as well as her international clients. She strongly embraces her work and realtionships with all of her clients, especially her global investors.

She works with the clear understanding that many recent international New York City transplants may not have the answers that a seasoned New Yorker may have on the real estate market. Sabina ensures that all details of a transaction are deeply analyzed so that they know what the best investments and homes are for their lifestyle needs.

Outside of real estate, Sabina is an avid skier who also loves to go on long treks through some of the most spectacular natural landscapes in the world.
