As a Native New Yorker, born and raised in Queens, I grew up admiring the city's architecture and various neighborhoods. A second generation real estate professional, as a child i would accompany my father a developer and landlord to everything from negotiating deals to closings, When i was a teenager i would often spend my weekends at a construction site, learning everything from various construction methods to negotiating with vendors.

At 17 I decided to branch out of real estate and start my own business, an entertainment marketing company which I successfully ran for 5 years, marketing such celebrities as Christina Aguilera and Wycleff Jean, just to name a few.

Shortly after 9/11, I rediscovered my love for New York City and received my real estate license from NYU. Having grown up a few blocks away from Donald Trump, and attended the same school Trump did when he was my age. I was inspired and impressed by Mr. Trump's success - and have set much of the same high standards for myself. I started my career closing rentals and slowly shifted to sales. More than six years later, I am now focusing alot of my attention to Long Island City, Queens. in addition to Manhattan and other parts of the area.

I am an expert on Long Island City’s prospects, having sold over $20 million in transactions there, in 2006 alone and with over $100 Million dollars in sales and rising. Born and raised in Queens – a native New Yorker – I love Long Island City so much that I bought a condo there myself. I spearheaded the area’s development when I opened the Nest Seekers office, on Vernon Boulevard: the first major Manhattan firm to establish a regional presence. Developing relationships with the local shop owners, residents, and landlords has kept me tuned-in to the neighborhood’s needs and wants. My background in creative marketing, combined with my experience as a broker – and also as a developer – enables me to engage with local developers from the conception to the completion of projects. I have thus created a marketing campaign and brand unique from other firms.
