Born in France, Eric came to the States at age 7, and was raised alternately in both countries until he completed his secondary education. He attended mostly private schools to finish at the French Lycee of New York.
After studying Business Administration at Temple University, and being a people person, he was drawn to the service industry. He honed his craft in the best reputed venues such as Le Bec Fin in Philadelphia and La Cote Basque and Restaurant Daniel in New York to attain Maitre D' and managerial positions such as in the Plaza Hotel. He learned to strive for perfection and the importance of excellence in service.

All the while, he was investing in real estate, which he realized was his true passion. His experience as an investor and landlord have given him a deep understanding of this business. Also, having lived in Manhattan for the last 15 years, he has witnessed first hand the amazing transformation of this city and has a comprehensive and always current knowledge of this market.

Because he is multi-lingual, he often works with international clients and is well versed in all aspects of the business, be it investment properties, commercial, residential, new developments or rentals.
