When Patricia was a girl her parents had a house built for the family and they monitored the process closely. She’s had a keen interest in homes ever since. “What a learning experience! I started going to Open Houses and reading the Sunday Times Real Estate section at the age of 11. Daily I pestered my parents with modified floor plans for the house that I drew up!” It’s no wonder she has gravitated to Nest Seekers.

Patricia first moved to Manhattan in 1973 and has tracked first hand the explosive growth in this most dynamic of markets.
