Ivan Pintor is the latest addition to Nest Seekers motivated staff, ready to make your New York City dreams come true. Ivan was born in Queens, and raised in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. He attended SUNY BMCC, and privately acquiring the knowledge to launch his real estate career. A goal oriented, savvy entrepreneur, Ivan began his first real estate acquisition company in 2004, and successfully earning his real estate license in 2006.


A productive Nest Seekers experience begins with the client, provider rapport. Ivan prides himself on providing one-on-one assistance for his clients, always willing to go the extra mile for those in need of his expert services. His friendly, energetic demeanor is a reflection of his extensive work with New York City outreach programs. It is Ivan's attention to detail, and can do attitude that connects his clients with a living space, to call home.


The search for the perfect scuba diving location has enticed Ivan to travel up and down the American Eastern coastline. He has explored the vastness of our coastal waters from Maine to Florida, seeking out the hidden beauty of the majestic Atlantic Ocean.
