Anissa joins NestSeekers International from San Francisco, California where she worked as an attorney in class action antitrust and securities litigation and commercial real estate transactions. She is a licensed broker and attorney in New York and Massachusetts. She also has a real estate license in California. Therefore, Anissa offers a full spectrum of services as she is able to act as both a real estate agent and closing attorney at the option of her clients.

Anissa intends to offer “boutique” service while utilizing the resources of a global brokerage with advanced marketing services. Anissa firmly believes that the best way to serve buyers, sellers, property owners and large developers is to give each client individualized attention. Anissa aspires to act as a vehicle in assisting people in achieving their personal and financial goals.

Anissa earned her B.A. from UC Berkeley and where she double-majored in Political Science and Communications; she then went on to attain a JD from George Washington Law School in Washington DC. Anissa intends to use her legal background, and hands-on experience in buying and selling properties. She realizes the intricacies of closings and knows how to make the transaction process a positive one for all parties. A skilled negotiator, Anissa will focus on getting the best deal possible while maintaining an understanding of the emotional and financial demands of the transaction.

Anissa’s interests in city planning and development ensure that she has access to, information on and relationships with the hottest properties in the current Manhattan market. Anissa specializes in new developments, residential and commercial lofts and townhouses, with a keen eye on the fast paced rental and sales market. Anissa thrives on being highly knowledgeable of the global and specifically the Manhattan real estate markets and seeks to convey this knowledge in her dealings with clients.
