A native of Turkey, Handan Cengiz moved to the USA four years ago, after successfully establishing and running a family real estate business for twelve years. She pursued a Masters degree in International Business and got her real estate licence in New York. The more she got acquainted with the city the more she fell in love with it.

Handan's passion for New York and International Business carries into her approach to real estate. She believes there is a perfect place for every client. She is determined, persistent and tireless in her quest to match every client with the perfect place. Her degree in engineering combined with her twelve years of experience in the real estate business allows her to be analytical, systematic and pragmatic in her search.

Handan has a unique talent for identifying clients' needs even when the client is overwhelmed with all the information. She instills confidence as she explains the complicated process of finding the perfect place to her clients. She first became acquaintated with them through the sale of her family's properties.
