Sophia was named a “Top Agent of 2005” for breaking records in the Downtown area, particularly in TriBeCa and the Financial District. In 2006, Sophia became a Partner and Manager at her former brokerage firm New York Living Solutions, training and developing new agents. As a member of the team at The Crest Residences, she assisted in the leasing of over 200 apartments. It was in June of 2006 that she earned the title of “Associate Broker”, selling properties in the Atelier in Clinton, and the A building in the East Village. In addition to being involved in conversions, she also specializes in Luxury New Developments.
