Jiah Kim is on the way to be "the New York real estate expert." Over the past years, she has been involved in various segments of the industry, from commercial and residental sales to rentals. Jiah is savvy beyond her age in the business she calls "the love of her life" and willing to apply it to help both individual buyers and sellers as well as sofisticated investors.

Jiah strives to provide clients with utmost and thorough care with a belief that the home is an important investment satisfying both emotional and economic needs. Whether residential or commercial, her passion for New York Real Estate forces Jiah to keep incessantly updating her knowledge of every aspect of the business. Jiah is always prepared to provide the most market-reflective comparables or; up-to-date analysis for her clients.

Born in Seoul, Korea, she immigrated to New York City almost a decade ago. She studied philosophy at Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts and cultural studies at Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan. Currently, she is continuing her education at Fordham University - School of Law, pursuing a law degree in real estate.

She is fluent in Korean, Japanese and English. She values her international experiences for both understanding dynamics of New York and serving her international clients. When she is not with clients or researching about real estate market, she loves to make musical progress or scuba-diving with fish.
