Howard is a native New Yorker and knows all areas of Manhattan. He was born and raised in Brooklyn but has lived in Manhattan for over three decades. He attended Hunter College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Psychology. He has worked in medical fraud and has investigated malpractice suits against physicians. He helped automate the schools and assisted in the development of an integrated payroll system for the New York City Board of Education.
He has worked in IT for over 20 years for many clients including Citibank, Met Life, Mellon Bank, Dreyfus, GTE and Pacific Bell to name a few. He has specialized in system security, disaster recovery, problem management and change control. Howard has bought, sold and rented apartments in Manhattan. He is also familiar with Florida, specifically the Miami Beach area where he keeps a second home.
