Half Brazilian and half Italian, Viviane's diverse background is a perfect complement to the vibrant Miami and South Florida mix of cultures. She has lived in Miami (South Beach!) for five years and before that, was proud to call New York City home.

Viviane is a model and actress on the South Florida scene, and also has a Masters Degree in Research and Psychology...which helps her to fully understand the emotions that property buyers and sellers experience when house-hunting or marketing their homes for sale. She knows her clients like she has come to know Miami and the beaches: with instinct and intuition.
