ADVENTURES IN MARKETING In advance of the premiere of Million Dollar Listing New York's second season (which is tonight, fanboys and girls), slick broker-slash-reality TV dandy Ryan Serhant (far right) is teaming up with Gilt City to promote himself, the show, and, oh yes, his real estate brokerage, Nest Seekers. The website, which offers access to a curated selection of discounted deals on high-end urbanite experiences, is highlighting Serhant's favorite places to buy cashmere, get bottle service, and enjoy a gentleman's facial. More interesting, though, is that Nest Seekers is offering private exclusive viewings for two of their Upper East Side listings as well as reduced commissions. A new category of deal sweeteners, indeed.
