Neal Kusnetz, president of clothing brand Robert Graham, has his apartment at 450 W. 17th St. on the market for $2.695 million. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at the Caledonia building is 1,266 square feet and features floor-to-ceiling windows and a custom sound system.
