A penthouse at the View — thought to be the priciest condominium ever to hit the Queens market, as The Real Deal first reported — is in contract, Curbed wrote.

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom unit at Long Island City luxury development the View had an asking price of $3.25 million, though the sales price was not disclosed. Nestseekers’ Silvette Julian had the listing.

This penthouse (one of nine) features private outdoor space, granite counter tops, Italian marble in the bathrooms and hardwood floors throughout the 2,260-square-foot apartment.

Last year’s most expensive Queens condo sale was another penthouse at the View, which sold for $1.66 million, according to Propertyshark.com.
