Meet Ryan Serhant, Our Newest Guy Blogger

Hello, Glamour.com! I'm Ryan.

When I first moved to New York City after graduating from college, I was a struggling actor turned hand model who also passed out Equinox gym flyers just to pay the bills. I couldn’t do all the fun things many of my other friends were doing, like going out (didn’t have the time), enjoying nice dinners (didn’t have the money), even meeting new people (at the time, I had a girlfriend). 

Luckily, I’ve aged well since then (and I’m not just talking about my hair—which, I'm told, is a very gorgeous shade of gray). I started doing real estate to supplement my low-paying passion (acting) and realized I wasn’t half bad. Actually, I was kind of a natural (I guess I have my acting experience to thank for that). I joined the cast of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing in New York, and suddenly both my real estate and acting careers exploded.

Now, I'm having the time of my life. I am far from perfect, not always right, and still have some lessons to learn, but (at least when it comes to the mind of the single guy) I do have a lot of wisdom to share. I hope that by shedding light on life from a man's perspective, it can help you in some way. So whether it's getting a guy to talk to you, sorting out relationship issues, or dealing with an unrequited love, I'm here to help.
