Downtown girls can fall in love with uptown buildings. In this case, we don’t blame her. Brittny Gastineau, daughter of Mark, best friend to Kim Kardashian, and former star of her own reality show “The Gastineau Girls,” has been spotted touring 480 Central Park West overlooking the park at 108th St.
This is one of New York’s most emerging neighborhoods. Close to Harlem’s top food stretch on Lenox Ave., the Museum of Natural History, and northern section of Central Park, it’s great for outdoor enthusiasts and those looking for good deals on big apartments.
Gastineau, working with Carol Friedman from Nest Seekers International, fell in love with the building, currently under construction. Developed by Maurice Mann, who developed 36 Gramercy Park East, 480 CPW could have some of the best deals in Manhattan. Units start at around $480,000. Nest Seekers has the exclusive on the historic conversion, which should come online in February. Highlights include bamboo floors, those views of the park, and top end appliances. Brittny can’t believe the price of the condo units this close to the park.
“I am in love with 480 Central Park West,” she told a friend. “I have a few friends flying in with me from LA in a few weeks to look at 480 CPW as well, they can’t believe how affordable it is considering the building is on Central Park West.”
Nest Seekers International president and CEO, Eddie Shapiro adds "480 Central Park West is an exciting project for us and we look forward to completing successful sellout for the project as we do with all of Mann Realty projects".
