Cobble Hill

Located just south of downtown Brooklyn, Cobble Hill has become
famous for its massive collection of restaurants on its three major
commercial corridors. High-end dining and shopping has spread from
trendy Court Street and laid-back Smith Street to Atlantic Avenue,
where stylish restaurants sit next to popular Middle-Eastern grocery
stores.

Just off the commercial avenues is a dense grid of quiet side
streets where new luxury townhouses rise against renovated brownstone
classics.

West of Henry Street, housing becomes more modest, but New York Harbor,
plied by sailboats and ferries, comes into view. The entire
neighborhood is convenient to Manhattan by the F line of the Subway.
