The house has a side entrance with large mudroom and attached utility room and large closet, so that you can leave all your beach and sporting gear out of the way and out of sight. The large open living room flows into the gourmet kitchen to the west and into a quaint brick patio sunroom with cathedral ceilings and dual French doors opening out into the pool area to the east. The flow of this house compels one to relax and enjoy time with family and friends.

In addition to the house there is a large detached two-car garage, private gates with alarm system and large parking area.

The magnificently landscaped yard offers privacy and natural beauty, the wrap around covered porch, beautiful 20’ x 40’ heated gunnite pool and bluestone patio provide plenty of room for outdoor entertainment, bar-b-queing and fun.

The essentials: the house has central air, central vacuum, wireless cable and a state of the art alarm system. Washer and dryer are upstairs. Outdoor shower.

All linens are included with rental. Housecleaning is available 2 to 3 times a week upon request at renter’s cost.
