The gardens and stone walls are designed by Sheila Jacobs (renowned in the area for her impeccable taste) and are tended to 5 days/week by a gardener, there are orchids, royal and coconut palms, bougainvillea cascading from the house, poinsettias, etc., and a large lawn separating the property from the road. The house cannot be seen from the road and is entirely private. The POOL with soothing cascading waterfall... Is furnished with 2 wooden chaise lounges, 4 wicker rockers, a custom made wooden table with 4 cushioned chairs and a center umbrella. The garage houses the pool pump and equipment as well as a 7 horsepower generator. All electrical equipment is new (convertor, batteries, regulator, etc.) and is housed separately from the main house.
There is an outdoor shower, sinks and laundry room for the maid. The house is situated on a cliff and captures the constant breeze for which the northeast coast is famous. The views of the sea from the Pool and the House is spectacular. This is a gated community, with sentries at both entries. The community itself (Los farallones) is well maintained and quiet and only $700.00US per year common charges and $200.00 per year REtax.
The house comes with high speed internet connection (not always easy to get in this rural area).
