Situated on 14 hectares (approx. 35 acres) of Loire Valley land, this authentic farmhouse has been restored and renovated to standards unimaginable when it was built, about 800 years ago.

In the 13th century, there were no Satellite, DSL Internet, Dual Voltage, Plumbing, Heating, Electrical & Security Systems, or Electronic Video entry gates. There were no TGV trains to whisk you to Paris (88 km, approx. 55 miles), Tours & Loches (each about 20 km, approx. 12 miles) and the regional shopping and dining of several other small towns.

There were, however, the same flowing river and mill run...the outbuildings and underground wine cellars, the root cellar...the fishing, crayfish and waterfowl, the hunting and horse pastures...the fresh and abundant water wells...

And the same main house with 450m2 (approx. 5,000 sq. ft.) spread over three levels, and picturesque moulin water wheel.
