Bory Tucholskie - the largest forest area in Mid-eastern Europe.

22,6 ha in total: of which 4,11 ha is forest, fenced by a double fence. The 22 ha property is adjacent to the lake on its eastern, southern and western side (part of borders on the lake- approx. 600 running meters).


Infractrusture:
The property was built up between 1992 and 1997, according to the design madelled on a mansion house at the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries, with the use of conventional, enviroment friendly ceramic materials, fieldstone and wood. Great attention was paid to the preservation of period features, and at the same time sophisticated techniques were employed to ensure the maximum comfort of the tenants.


All buildings were built in accordance with option "0" fo underground and cosmic radiation, and are on the north-south axis. The roofs are slanted at the same angle as the Egyptian pyramids. The apartment building-roofs are made of aluminium sheet, all covered with several layers of enviroment friendly dark green primer.

The access road is an old linen avenue, with asphalt pavemant, leading to a stylish gate, electronicaly operated, with camera surveillance. All roads and yards within the property are paved with field stone, embedded in a cement fundation. Grass and greens give it a stylish character. All buildings have external 380V pover supply, with a 50 kV cable, and also have an internal emergency power supply.

Drinking water is supplied by two deep-water intakes, additionaly equipped with an automatically operated Kuno-Water (USA) water treatment system.Moreover, there is an automatic underground system of water supply from the lake, connected with a 2km long PVC pipe system, for watering the garden, orangery and the golf course (approx. 20ha of lawns).

The property is equipped with an enviroment friendly sewage and transport system. Enviroment friendly fuel oil central heating, together with solar collector panel on the apartment building and the swimming pool. Wind power plant is under construction.


All buildings are equipped with an electronic alrm system (internal and external) 8 TV cameras with telephone, satelite and citizens band.
All geodetic, power and other systems are underground (marked on maps) and are of several dozens of km.
