Located close to the beautiful hamlet of Caprese Michelangelo where the famous artist was born, is the property locally known as Priello.

With a dominating view over the upper Tiber Valley, Priello sits in a natural paradise of 40 acres of rolling pastures, olives, woods and a centuries old chestnut stand. Here, there are two houses dating from the 1600s and a slate roofed smoke house built in 1863. A stunning swimming pool, private pond (75 yards across and 20 feet deep) ancient stone walls, cypress lined drive and over 100 fruit trees complete the property.

Priello is currently run as a successful holiday weekly rental with bookings commitments through end of October (business website, guestlist suggestions, rental permits are all included in sale). Only a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to shops, restaurants, pizza, gas station, butcher, coffee bar, etc. Just 3 miles away is the hamlet of Caprese, with wonderful restaurants, pharmacy, shops, a castle and churches...and 6 miles in the other direction is the castle hilltown of Anghiari, with more restaurants, wine bars, museums, farmers market, shops, hospital.

All in all it's la bella vita...Extremely good, tranquil country living.
