Alicia is a savvy sales professional with extensive knowledge of Manhattan's diverse and ever-changing neighborhoods. She is a longtime resident of Murray Hill with fond memories of her earlier residencies in Greenwich Village, the East Village, and on the Upper Westside.
Alicia returned to residential real estate sales after a lengthy tour as an advertising sales representative for The New York Times, where her strong work ethic and keen ability to create and grow strong, respectful relationships with her corporate and independent clients produced strong results. She credits attentive listening to both the spoken, as well as the unspoken, words in her client conversations as the surest route to success.
Alicia adores traveling abroad and exploring different cultures and has done so many times. In addition, as a stateside tour guide, she specialized in organizing international group activities for corporate executives and their families.
Besides her passions for real estate and travel, Alicia is an art enthusiast (especially of 20th Century American art) and an accomplished cabaret performer. She has a BA from City University and is currently enrolled in a New York University Language Arts Program.
