After having graduated from The University of Michigan, Amir Cohen
returned to New York to pursue his career in real estate. His
appreciation for real estate was cultivated from a young age through
his upbringing in Hong Kong and New York, both international and
vibrant cities with expensive and unique real estate markets.

Through his past work experience, Amir joined Nest Seekers
International with a broad understanding of the Real Estate market,
spanning from brokerage to development in both the residential and
commercial sectors. His deal experience in brokerage has allowed him
to build an extensive network of investors, self-use buyers and
current owners. As such, Amir is able to tailor his services to the
specific needs of his clientele. Additionally, his experience and
interest in design and architecture have aided him in analyzing
layouts and being able to consider/suggest modifications that might
better suit a clients needs while his experience in Real Estate
development at Extell Development Company allows him to discover the hidden value in real estate properties through research and vision.

Over the past year, Amir has specialized in the Upper West Side and
more specifically the recently developed Riverside Boulevard buildings
and he has been getting himself more involved in Manhattans Soho and
Nolita Loft Market.
