to. She worked hard to get me an incredible and rare apartment and is
going the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. What's more is

I was lucky enough to stumble across
Ande Sedwick's ad on Craigslist at a low point in my apartment search.
I'd met with several brokers and seen several places but none of them
seemed to respect/value my (the customer) input. I was extremely clear
about what I wanted but these other brokers didn't seem to care. They
kept pushing me out of my budget or ignoring other key requirements I
laid out from the start. Then I called Ande. We discussed what I needed
and she delivered. I looked at five apts in one afternoon -- all in the
financial district -- and each one was more on point than the last. I
ended up at 200 Water and am loving it. She has a good relationship with
the management in the buildings I saw and she's very responsive to
requests/inquiries, no matter the hour (and I can be demanding).
It was refreshing to trust a broker and feel comfortable that she could earn her keep without ripping me off. (I think she's with Nestseekers now but I don't see her on their site.) Oh, and I know this is unprofessional, but she's beautiful, to boot. I'll be getting back in touch in a couple years when I'm ready to buy. Highly recommend you do the same.

Ande is prompt with email/phone responses, friendly, professional, and tenacious when it comes to finding you places to see. I literally had 24 hours in NYC to find a place. Not only did she go out of her way to find me the perfect place but also prepared me ahead of time so that the application process was seamless. Ande FTW!!

Who needs Craigslist when there's Andrea "Ande" Sedwick?! I came to Ande in search of an apartment and a roommate. Upon meeting her, I knew I was in good hands. She listened to my needs, answered any questions I had, and knew the ins and outs of not only FiDi, but the rest of Manhattan too.
I worked with Ande for a month in finding the right "match" insofar as a roommate is concerned. During that month, Ande introduced me to several prospects, set up call times for us and drink meetings. I mean, apartment searching is tough within itself, and you would THINK roommate searching would be too.... But Ande made it fun and was there for me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. I remember one day texting her at 1130pm with a roommate question, and her responding right away to then calling me to discuss.
In addition, my overall budget for an apartment was suitable for a nice studio downtown. Ande could have easily steered me in that direction but she didn't. She knew I wanted a roommate for a 2B2B...and worked diligently in finding me the right one. Talk about loyalty!
