Anu is a passionate and knowledgeable real estate professional covering all of Manhattan.  She has the rare quality of being able to relate to others at many levels and understand things from their perspective.  She is happiest when interacting with others, whatever the context.  She truly is a "people person".

Most recently, Anu was a founding member of the PTA committee at her son's school and was elected as its first President.  Her roles included directing the executive board and budget committee as well as fundraising activities.  Her continued involvement in the community has elevated her reach as well as her expertise of the area.  Prior to becoming a mom, Anu was a popular Yoga instructor with a loyal following including media coverage.  She has a MBA and started her career at Lockheed Martin in defense contracting, where she honed her client-relationship and negotiation skills.

Anu has lived in Maryland and North Carolina and currently lives in downtown Manhattan.  Having lived in the suburbs and the city, she understands the concerns and challenges of moving to NYC for the first time or apartment hunting locally.  Furthermore, as a parent of two kids, she has first hand experience with the additional considerations that are so important to city parents.
