Audrey Yamaoka has 26 years of experience finding the right homes for both native and newly minted New Yorkers and has enjoyed living in New York for most of her life.   With her unique background and knowledge, Audrey is able to give clients, renters and buyers a differentiated home finding or selling experience.

Welcome!  New York City is a fabulous town and Audrey has had the good fortune to work with a diverse and international cliental (Asia, Europe, Central and South America); using her expertise not only to find them a home, but also to help them to adjust to Metropolis living. 

An Artist’s Perspective
Audrey graduated from the Art Center College of Design with a BFA in photography.  Until her first child was born, she pursued a career as commercial photographer in New York City.  Her creative perspective gives her the ability to view prospective homes with an artist’s eye providing clients an additional dimension to find the best client/home match.

Working Hard For You
Always working hard to find the perfect place to call home or to sell a residence, Audrey is honest and straight forward.  Her frank approach is appreciated by her clients, many of whom have referred friends and/or have returned to buy, sell or rent through her again.
