“Come see New York with me and I will find you your home!” says Beverly D’Souza who has a keen eye for understanding people. She grew up in Dubai where she worked with an international airline, and this set the stage for her interest in societies from all over the world. An avid traveler, she has a flair for dealing with an international community.

Her move to New York has been a wonderful experience and she has befriended different individuals along the way. She lives close to the United Nations and this gives her just the right feel to make New York her home. Beverly is an attentive person with a heart set on matching the person to the property. She worked with an international property consultant company which manages some of the top buildings in Abu Dhabi, and brings that rich experience with her. It gives her an insight into all the work that goes into properties, beginning with surveys of construction sites right up to marketing the property and signing contracts.

A people person, Beverly has a background in psychology and this gives her a good understanding of what her clients need. She listens and takes her time in finding them their perfect home, ensuring that they get a deal in the transaction. Finally, she makes sure that her clients settle into their new home satisfied.

“New York is an amazing city, vibrant and beautiful. It has a soul and it is the people that give it its heart,” says Beverly. This is how she sees New York City. She explored all aspects of the city while taking her young son around and now hopes to share it all with you.
