With engineering experience in the U.S. Navy and a MBA from Rutgers University Business School, Chet always analyzes no-nonsense, empirical evidence to explain the market. He has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers as well as local builders. Having served as the construction coordinator for multi-million dollar oceanfront estates, he also brings extensive knowledge of building techniques, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and codes to every sale. His background in engineering and construction management gives him a unique perspective for using technology to improve the buying and selling process for clients.
