In 2010, after a successful capital raise and an over-subscribed initial public offering for a North Dakota-based wind energy company, Chris took the contrarian view to exit the securities markets and enter the East End luxury real estate market.

Assembling a team comprised of mortgage bankers, investors and builders, combined with leveraging contacts developed through years working on Wall Street, Chris has put in place all the resources a seller or real estate investor needs for a successful transaction.

Leveraging multiple Nest Seekers International platforms and a proprietary database of investors, his own resourcefulness, creativity and a proactive posture, Chris has positioned his team not only for success in identifying opportunity, but to provide the discretion his clients require.

Chris studied English Literature and Economics at The University of Rhode Island. He currently holds a Series 7, 63, & 79 securities license.
