Constance Bodouva brings a passion for design and architecture coupled with twenty years residential real estate and renovation experience to her position at Nest Seekers. She is a New York native and has lived and worked in New York City and Long Island all her life.
Constance started her career in real estate working in the luxury real estate market on Long Island's North Shore. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing with continued education in Architecture and Interior Design.Constance's dedication to architecture and design has served her well during her collaboration with Mercedes Courland Interiors one of Long Islands and New York City's preeminent designers.
She has work experience with Daniel Gale/Sotheby's International Reality where she held the position as an Executive Assistant for the Senior Vice President and was Ad Coordinator until her move to Long Island City.
These associations have culminated with Constance developing a unique knowledge of design and its ability to enhance the architecture and overall appeal of luxury residential properties with a focus on modern design. Her aptitude for understanding people and her history has earned her recognition both professionally and personally.
