experience in retail sales. With over 13 years of retail sales experience and 7 years as a manager, Deanna is well versed in a fluctuating market. Working with
top retail companies has allowed her to acquire the necessary skills for
spotting and securing valuable sales--skills that now
assist her clients in their search for the ideal home. She offers both
insightful advice and exceptional listening skills in order to lead her clients to a successful transaction.
Deanna's strategy is simple: exceed her clients’ expectations, maximize their satisfaction, and build symbiotic relationships that will last a lifetime. She understands that renting or buying a home is a very big decision (not to mention a complex transaction) and her ultimate goal is to make her clients feel comfortable and at ease with all steps of the process. She has the proven ability to match renters and buyers with the right property, and credits her success to an ability to connect with her clients on a personal level while remaining focused on their needs and working diligently toward finding the perfect apartment for them. With vast product knowledge experience, Deanna understands how to navigate her networks and relationships with management companies, buyers, sellers, and renters in order to create the best transactional high-end sales and rental experiences for her clients.
