Deborah Ginsburg was born and raised on the Philadelphia Main Line. Spending her childhood summers in the Hamptons with her family, she fell in love with the natural local beauty and hoped that one day she would live there full time.
After graduating from Villanova with a finance degree, she joined the family business in Commercial Real Estate. She worked on sales, acquisitions, management of shopping centers, rentals and land acquisitions.
In her late 30's, she moved to Southampton Village full time. Once settled, she decided to focus her skills in the Residential Sales Market.
