Elliot Sperber grew up in Los Angeles, and has lived and worked throughout California, Mexico, and Israel. Before moving to New York City to study at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2002, Elliot studied art and art history, worked as a public school teacher in Los Angeles and attended graduate school in philosophy in San Francisco.
Concentrating in Constitutional Theory and Human Rights, Elliot earned his Juris Doctor and was admitted to the New York Bar, but prefers the real estate business to the legal industry. While his legal practice is limited to pro bono work, his background in and knowledge of law, among his other experiences, allow Elliot to better serve and satisfy the interests of his clients. Aware of the importance of finding a comfortable home that will support one's particular needs and lifestyle, Elliot focuses in new tax abated developments in Williamsburg, townhouses in Greenpoint, Brooklyn Heights, and Park Slope, as well as in Dumbo loft spaces. He is confident that he will be able to help you find the perfect home in the neighborhood of your choice.
Gregarious and personable, Elliot enjoys discussing the history of the neighborhoods of New York and Brooklyn. In addition to his interests in history and legal theory, Elliot enjoys reading, painting, playing basketball, and exploring the streets and parks of New York City.
