Helana brought to real estate more than a decade of experience in New York in client relations for corporate America. She worked in ecommerce and market research dealing with investment bankers/ attorneys both locally and overseas. Nearly eight years ago, she reinvented herself in the world of real estate sales, marketing and new construction. Having herself has bought and sold property, and with personal experience as a current investor and landlord, she truly believes that, “Now is the best time to invest in the market!”
A native New Yorker, Helana is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York State plus holds a Certification in Sales and Business Management. She previously enjoyed a successful run in the Florida & North Carolina selling new construction real estate, and won many distinguished awards for her leadership, service and outstanding sales and marketing.
