Hui Ying gives great consideration to the home owning experience.  Whether it is renting an apartment or buying a house she appreciates that every home has the potential to create countless happy memories for families, couples, and individuals.  Therefore, she works diligently to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients.  Hui Ying derives from China but came to New York City when she was four years old, has never lived anywhere and cannot imagine ever living anywhere else.  The thing she loves most about the city is the huge blend of cultures and traditions.  She observes that although everyone is intertwined, the each still manage to remain unique and maintain their individual traits.

Hui Ying can assist both domestic and international clients equally. She spends her spare time with family and friends, most of whom she has known for over 15 years.  Maintaining close ties and intimate relationships is an important part of her life.  Her expertise and sharpened interpersonal skills give her clients an advantage and make her well equipped to make accurate assessments and achieve successful results.
