Jacob grew up in the suburbs right outside New York City. His father owned a catering company and multiple restaurants in Manhattan and Brooklyn, so he quickly became acquainted with the city at an early age.
He went on to attend Boston University for two years, but was eager to get back to the growing mecca; he decided to finish his studies at Hunter College with a degree in Urban Affairs and Planning, and Studio Art. He now lives in the East Village.
Prior to working at Nest Seekers, Jacob was an associate at Reis Cooper, a real estate law firm, where he scheduled and attended closings as well as prepared assignments and termination documents for loans.
