Notable achievements in rentals have been the marketing and leasing of an 8 building portfolio consisting of 60 free market apartments located in the East Village and a 14-unit Luxury Building located on the Upper Westside. He was also successful in negotiating a Master Lease for a Non for Profit organization on a 24 unit building in Brooklyn.
