best for his clients. He has been successful at doing this on both the corporate level on Wall Street, and in his personal real-estate transactions which he began as an investor in 1991.

Jay was a top senior regional manager who received numerous company awards and accolades from his clients at Standard & Poor's.The skills that he learned on Wall Street are now being applied full-time to New York Real-Estate.
