As a seasoned real estate professional in New York City, Jessica works with many high profile clients as well as international investors helping them to sell and buy their properties. She is an experienced financial analyst and has exceptional insight into the workings of the capital markets, which help clients tremendously to make a right deal. Prior to joining Nest Seekers, she was a consultant in Federal Reserve Bank of New York and was an Assistant Vice President in private equity management at JP Morgan. She holds a CPA certificate, was formerly a financial auditor at one of the top 4 accounting firms globally, and directed large teams serving clients managing billions of dollars in financial assets in hedge funds and mutual funds. Jessica is also pursuing a CFA charter in order to better serve her clients’ needs.
In addition to her exemplary professional qualifications, Jessica is both sincere and honest. She values her clients’ time and has keen sensibilities for her clients’ tastes and needs. She has impressed many clients by her natural skill of identifying the values in properties. Growing up in a successful entrepreneurial family in Korea, she is sharp and learned how to dedicate, commit and proactively engage with people. As a longtime resident of New York City and having lived in a wide variety of neighborhoods in NYC herself understands the practical realities of buying, selling, and renting apartments in the city.
Jessica is fluent in English and Korean, and she has also studied Chinese, Japanese and French. In addition to real estate, Jessica has a passion for gastronomy and graduated from French culinary school in SoHo.
